Tirah and Troy's wedding day started out as a bit of a nail biter. The skies opened up the night before and the rain didn't stop until noon. Thankfully a tent was already in the plan for the outdoor guests. Though the ground was a tad soggy, the weather was cool and made for the perfect October wedding.
Tirah chose elegant colors of cream and champagne with a touch of burlap. I loved the centerpieces! They stayed true to the bride's vision and the cedar smelled wonderful. Succulents and rosemary were chosen instead of the traditional floral arrangements. Amber bottles and cream pumpkins perfectly contrasted each other making the entire reception feel cozy and intimate. The evening really became a party when the glowsticks came out!
Let me add that I was a huge fan of the bride's cake: pumpkin with cream cheese. So very delicious that it called for 2 slices!
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Kensinger! Best wishes as you start your new lives together.
